Aztec Well Services, Inc. is a Nevada Corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTC BB: UPDA) established to perform all of the drilling and well service functions for UPDA’s exploration and production subsidiary, Heartland Oil and Gas Corp.  Aztec is currently drilling wells in Heartland’s Cherokee Basin Coalbed Methane Field in Eastern Kansas and has been authorized to do business in the state of Texas and will begin work on UPDA’s leases and wells in that state in addition to performing third party work in both Kansas and Texas.

Aztec is a rapidly growing company with 15 employees in Spring Hill, Kansas and several more in Jacksboro, Texas.  Aztec has drilling and pulling equipment, construction and pipelining equipment, trucks, trailers and compressors and is fully equipped to handle all of its customers’ requirements.  Aztec is constantly adding the service equipment and personnel necessary to stay one step ahead of its customers’ needs. 

Aztec is a complete gas and oil well service company.  Its services include drilling, completions, pipeline construction, well operations and production, as well as field oversight and maintenance.  We take the well from conception to completion, and the production from wellhead to market. Aztec management has combined experience of over 120 years in the gas and oil industry.

The goal of Aztec is to provide the best service at a competitive cost to the producer/operator.  From the men in the field to the executive management, Aztec is committed to prepare the most productive, cost effective plan and to flawlessly execute that plan on time and on budget.
